This privacy policy and terms and conditions apply to the Leafa Dice app (hereinafter referred to as "App") for mobile devices, created by Rafael de Moraes (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the App, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is highly recommended that you read and understand these terms before using the App.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, they reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider guarantees that any charges for the App or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The App stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the App secure. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and it could mean that the App won't work properly or at all.
Collection of Device Identifiers and Usage DataThe App may automatically collect and process certain information to ensure its technical functioning and the provision of services, including: Device Identifiers: We may collect unique identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID), for advertising and analytics purposes. These identifiers are used by AdMob to display relevant ads and measure campaign performance. Diagnostic Data: Information about crashes (crash logs), system performance, and other technical metrics are collected via Google Analytics for Firebase to help us identify and fix errors, improving the App's stability. Purchase Information: To validate subscriptions and themes purchased via RevenueCat, we process transaction IDs generated by the Google Play Store. We emphasize that we do not have access to your credit card details or sensitive financial information, which are processed exclusively by Google.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes anonymous transaction identifiers and purchase receipts to validate access to premium content.
Please note that the App uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the App:
You should be aware that there are certain things that the Service Provider will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the App will require the App to have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider cannot take responsibility for the App not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi or if you don't have any of your data allowance left.
If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, the Service Provider cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. For example, it is your responsibility to make sure that your device stays charged. If it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot accept responsibility.
Although the Service Provider endeavors to ensure that the app is updated and correct at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
Use of Artificial Intelligence: The App incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide certain functionalities or services (such as content generation or support). By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that AI may be used to process data and deliver features. The Service Provider ensures that all AI use complies with applicable laws and aims to benefit the user experience.
